Below are the flexible side gigs that include the average hourly pay rate:

  1. tired of home oweners manuals. really considering just stopping the classes im doing in the morning and going to the school in houston and starting over. im just tired of proof reading and getting on different websites to even care about renting, owning, finding, looking, buying any kinda place. just buy a van and have a mobile home on the go.
